DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACTUAL NOTICE

This website is currently subject to a contractual and payment dispute with the party who commissioned its development.

During multiple development engagements, the commissioning party provided different identity information and identification numbers. Subsequent verification identified significant inconsistencies in the information provided.

One previously commissioned project was completed and fully settled. A subsequent development engagement was commenced, development work was completed toward an MVP, and the engagement was subsequently abandoned while payment remained outstanding.

A further development proposal was later initiated under a different identity and was abandoned before the agreement was executed. An investigation subsequently identified links between the parties involved in the separate engagements.

All relevant communications, development records, payment records, contractual documents, identification information provided to us, and technical records have been preserved.

This matter is being formally documented and may be referred to the appropriate parties for further action.

This notice will remain until the underlying dispute has been formally resolved.
